The 2010 CBUA-SGV Banquet will be at Mijares Mexican Restaurant in Pasadena on Sunday, May 2. Hors d'oveurs start at 6:00, and dinner starts at 7:00. Remember to bring your 2011 dues and a door prize. (Click here for directions to Mijares.)

Bob Branson will be holding a study guide session at Domenico's Restaurant in Arcadia at 5:00 PM on Sunday, February 21. Please have your study guide completed prior to the meeting. (Click here for directions to Domenico's.)

Our first meeting will be at 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 6, 2010, at South Pasadena High School. New umpires with or without experience are welcome! If you would like to join us, we now have an online membership form here.

Our annual banquet will be held on Monday April 27th.  We will meet at Mijare's Restaurant on S. Pasadena Avenue  and Palmentto Drive in Pasadena. (Click here for directions.)  A no host bar will open at 6:00 PM, and dinner will be served at 7:00 PM.  Please bring a "Door Prize" so everyone goes home with a gift.  We look forward to seeing you there on Monday the 27th.

Monday, March 16 will be a make-up meeting. If you missed a meeting or did not pass the study guide or qualification exam, you need to attend. If you need to make up more than one meeting, check your study guide for meeting dates for Foothill-Citrus, San Fernando, LA City, Orange County, or other associations.

Congratulations to Bob Branson, Henry Torres, and Darren Winkley for being elected to the Board of Directors. Also, congratulations to Chris McNeese for being reelected to the position of Secretary-Treasurer.

The next meeting is Monday, March 9 at South Pasadena High School. We will be holding elections and having the classification exam.

There are scrimmages on Tuesday, March 3 at Marshall Fundamental High School and at the Glendale Sports Complex starting about 3:15.

The next meeting is Monday, March 2 at South Pasadena High School. We will be holding nominations for next year's board.
